I am the Co-Instructor of BioG 1500: Investigative Biology Laboratory and a Cornell Active Learning Initiative Education Postdoc. As an instructor and researcher, I seek to improve undergraduate biology education in many ways including the creation of activities that foster the development of critical thinking and experimental design skills. I also train graduate and undergraduate teaching assistants and study the benefits of being a TA and how instructors can help TAs to maximize those benefits
